Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is slow, steady, and still, known
as a passive practice where we hold
poses for a duration of time. Generally 2-
6 minutes and rest for 1 minute in between.
When we come out of a pose, our energy also known as chi/prana is released, causing a flushing of the channels to help remove or clear stagnant energy.
